Vacation Reservation Procedure:

One half of the rental rate is due when booking property and signing rental agreement. HomeAway fees of 6% will be charged when the initial deposit is paid. Balance of rental rate, cleaning fee and tax is due five weeks prior to arrival. Security Deposit of $600.00 is required five weeks prior to arrival and refunded upon satisfactory inspection after departure.


Guest Occupancy:

The Guest signing the rental contract is the responsible party and will agree to occupy the house for the entire duration, arriving and departing with the other members of the Guest’s party.


Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations must be submitted to the owner in writing. In case of cancellation, no refund of rents will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented at the same rate as the original lease of the original Guest, all monies paid are refundable less a $200.00 cancellation fee. If the rental rate is negotiated to a lower rate, the original Guest is refunded the amount equal to the re-negotiated rate less $200.00 cancellation fee. If the canceled period is not re-rented and confirmed no refund will be made. Guest will not be refunded for early departure. Whether or not the premises are re-rented, Guest, rather than owners, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Guest to owners for goods, services, HomeAway fees or benefits procured by owners from third parties for the benefit of Guest that may have been paid out prior to Guests cancellation. There is a very low probability that Owners would be able to re-rent the canceled vacation period if the Guests’ vacation must be cancelled at the last minute due to illness in the family, death in the family, job loss or hurricane. If the canceled vacation period is not re-rented and confirmed, Owners will not refund any vacation monies paid by Guest. Travel protection for potential trip interruptions is available from third parties including, but not limited to: http://www.insuremytrip.com http://www.csatravelprotection.com http://www.travelguard.com  http://www.Tripinsurancestore.com.


Check In Time:

Check in time is 4pm on the day of arrival.


Check Out Time:

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.


No Smoking in Bluebird or on any exterior deck of Bluebird. No pets allowed.
